This bath is ideal at any age. The recommended duration is about 35 minutes.

Cold bath and room (5/10°C)

Perfect after a hot bath, it permits to stimulate and to improve the blood circulation. Waterfall and fiord shower equipped.

COLD FOG: shower at 5°C with peppermint essence. It consists in million atomised particles, a therapeutic and relaxing program thanks to a blue light.

45°-48°C, humidity 98% (benches 39°C not heated isolated walls)

Hot steam helps the ph skin regulation, hydration and the skin cleaning. It is indicated to improve the respiration. Inhaling aromatic essence through the steam, permits to obtain an agreeable and beneficial aromatic bath. The recommended time is about 15-20 minutes, you can repeat it, two or three times with a pause of 15 minutes.
