The kitchen and wine cellar of the Hotel Alle Alpi in Moena will tempt your palate with a variety of local, vegetarian and international dishes.
Every day will be like a culinary party: in the morning we’ll offer you a rich buffet breakfast, at dinner and lunch a big buffet with hors d’oeuvres and fresh vegetables, our menu alla carte offers a choice of four first courses and four second courses and our fine selection of more than 14 desserts.
Creativity in the kitchen
The creativity of our chef Claudio is very appetizing thanks to his selection of dishes: light and dainty dishes for lovers of healthy food; savoury and tasty ones for gourmets; local and regional ones for lovers of tradition; vegetarian dishes on demand.
At the same time our baker and pastry cook Maria devotes all her time to preparing bread, cakes, tea cakes and biscuits that you can taste at breakfast time and then at lunch and dinner times when you can choose from a selection of 15 desserts every day, and don’t forget tea time with our very rich krapfen (doughnut).
The cellar of our hotel with gourmet restaurant in Trentino, will also surprise you with a selection of 140 wines, and qualified advice will be offered by our Maître Giovanni.
