Our restaurant pays utmost attention to "Gluten Free" nutrition to make sure all guests following a gluten-free diet can enjoy the taste of our dishes. we are members of AIC Italian Celiac Association.
Having in mind an enticing yet dietetically appropriate menù for our coeliac guests, able to stimulate their sight and palate, our Executive Chef has done a great deal of research and attended several training courses organized by AIC- The Italian Coeliac Association – proposing our coeliac guests "gluten free" menù combining careful and safe food ingredients with accentuation of taste.
