Cooking at the Hotel Alle Alpi is real passion and a continuous research for using original, healthy ingredients from the region.
Each day will be a culinary party; a rich menu invites you with ingredients guaranteed by its producers and chosen with cure by our ‘Executive Chef’ Massimo Sommariva to satisfy every preference.
The creativity of our ‘Executive Chef’ tries to content and tempt the various tastes by his gastronomic offer: light and delicate who looks for well-being, tasteful and spicy for the foodies, who is more curious can try local and regional dishes, if not there are more traditional plates, who prefers vegetarian, or in case necessary without gluten. We are member AIC (Italian Celiac Association).
We pay also special attention for lactose and egg intolerance. The knowledge of the problems with certain ingredients, stimulates us to prepare dishes with alternative products but tasty at the same time.

At breakfast we have our ‘Gran Buffet’ from sweet to salty: pastries, muffins, plum cake and cookies, warm and delicious croissant, freshly oven baked bread; all home made by our pastry Chef, several types of fruit juices, fresh orange juice, muesli, yoghurt and home made jam. Furthermore we have our corner with sliced cold meats and cheese, fresh eggs prepared at the moment.
The intimate and elegant ambiance of our Restaurant invites our guests for lunch and dinner with appetizer, fresh and colourful raw and cooked vegetables on our buffet. At table we serve five first courses as well as five main courses with a great mix of flavours to end with a selection of thirteen fresh prepared desserts by our patisserie.
Our small guests have a special attention by our kitchen crew.
For the children we offer a specific menu, also à la carte. Simple, delicate and healthy dishes will invite them to eat. Special attention for the ones with food intolerance: lactose, gluten etc….
Preparing meals without gluten is an important and serious service because of the direct influence on the health.
We do not ignore the specific needs of our celiac guests. As well in the kitchen as in the restaurant we take all the precautions, given by AIC (Italian Celiac Association) to offer the best service and our guests will feel themselves like being at home.
We also offer a various choice to the vegetarian clients.
We prepare our meals, also the vegetarian, with the best and pure products of the valleys in Trentino. Certified products of the season with quality mark. Our Executive Chef will combine these ingredients to create the best and most healthy dishes.
If you choose to stay at Hotel Alle Alpi, the “five o’clock” tea will be a pleasant ritual that will confirm the hospitality and comfortable atmosphere that Maurizio and Patrizia like to offer to their guests. In a corner of the Hotel’s lounge-bar you will find the “samovar” teapot and tea variety from our Teahouse; we prepare a different taste each afternoon that you can enjoy in combination with the pastries, cookies, freshly oven baked small “krapfen”…
