Preparing meals without gluten is an important and serious service because of the direct influence on the health. We do not ignore the specific needs of our celiac guests. As well in the kitchen as in the restaurant we take all the precautions, given by AIC (Italian Celiac Association) to offer the best service and our guest will feel themselves as at home.
For this reason we collaborate with AIC and are member of the association. We love to offer our guests the right diet but tasty at the same time and for this reason our Executive Chef participates at AIC courses to be well informed and capable of offering a “gluten-free” diet.
Also our kitchen team participates on regular base to AIC courses, our kitchen and materials are adapted to preparing the gluten-free products and we follow the AIC protocol.
