Wellness and well-being

The centre is available of our hosts free all of the days from 2 p.m. Till 8 p.m. (on Sunday the hourly is reduced).
In the centre there is always an assistant at disposal of the guests to give advices and suggestions on how to best use the instruments. It also has the task of keeping close watch to the respect of the hygienic rules expected from our regulation. To guarantee the greatest hygiene the centre is treated and disinfected entirely every day with an appropriate product certify by M.S. As antibacterial and antimycotic.

Let give to your body a tone of colour, in summer or in winter. A few minutes a day to get a nice homogeneous suntan, included legs and ankles, thanks to the performances of the innovative and modern shower “FLASH”.
In the centre you can find:
- warm baths: Laconicum (Turkish bath) – Caldarium (Roman suna) – Finnish sauna
- cold baths: Frigidarium (environment to cool the body provided of waterfall of ice and fjord) - revitalizing water lily, cold fog.
- Tiepidarium: environment for the relaxation with seats termo warmed up to 39°
- swimming pool: with water games, counter current swimming and jacuzzi.
