The creativity of our Executive Chef captures and satisfies different tastes with his proposals of dishes: light and delicate for those looking for wellbeing, tasty for gourmets, local and regional for curious palates and traditional for cooking lovers, vegetarian and gluten-free for those who need it.
Cooking at Hotel Alle Alpi Beauty e Relax has always been an art and a passion, a continuous search for genuine and healthy products linked to the territory.

The Restaurant service does not include lunch, therefore we do not offer the full board treatment. From 12:30pm until 2:00pm, it is possible to have some dishes at the Bar or in the garden (during summer): cold cuts and cheese platters, vegetarian dishes, mixed salads, the soup and the hot dish of the day as well as wraps and sandwiches. On request, we serve small meals for babies and children.

A good day starts with a homemade breakfast

Breakfast in Val di Fassa with the sweet and tempting Grand Buffet: cakes, muffins, plumcakes, pancakes, biscuits, hot and delicious brioches, freshly baked fragrant bread; all strictly homemade by our Pastry Chef, accompanied by a variety of juices, orange juice and fresh centrifuges, fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurt and homemade jams. To enrich everything, a savory corner of local cold cuts and cheese with mustard and fresh eggs cooked at the moment.

This is how we wish our Guests a “good day”, with a fantastic breakfast in the Dolomites in Val di Fassa.

Every day is a culinary feast with an extensive menu that draws on genuine and natural ingredients and products, preferring the local food guaranteed by the manufacturer, carefully chosen by the experience of our Executive Chef Denis and interpreted to satisfy every palate.
The intimate and elegant setting of the Restaurant of our Hotel in Moena in Val di Fassa welcomes our Guests for dinner with tempting appetizers, fresh and colorful cooked and raw vegetables available at the Grand Buffet and table service with the menu ‘à la carte’: five main courses and five second courses, in a refined fantasy of flavors, to end with the wide choice that includes thirteen fresh desserts prepared daily by our Pastry Chef.

Indulging in the pleasure of a homemade pastry is a luxury that we love to offer our Guests to make them experience an unforgettable holiday. Our Pastry Chef will tempt you every day with fresh preparations! Try the small pastries, the exquisite cakes and all the greedy shades of sweets that melt in your mouth while admiring the surrounding landscape: a paradise for the senses to be experienced every day, from the sumptuous mountains to the smallest pastry eaten in one bite!

Our dessert menu: classic apple strudel, Sacher cake, Dolomite ricotta cake, Bavarian yogurt cake, warm chocolate heart tart, panna cotta with berries, cinnamon parfait, semifreddo with mountain honey, wild berries with ice cream, ice cream and dried fruit phantasy, crème caramel, chocolate pudding with fresh cream and our homemade ice cream in five different flavors.

The combination of the excellent cuisine, the well-stocked cellar, the high-level service and the elegant atmosphere produces unique, undescribable and unforgettable sensations. To blend together the various elements that make the moment dedicated to food a “masterpiece of the culinary art”, our 4-star Hotel in Moena has a cellar with a fine selection of 140 regional and national labels.

To enhance the aromas and flavors, our wines are served in Zalto Denk’Art crystal glasses, the perfect glasses.

Gluten-Free menu

AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) member for over 10 years

 

Gluten-free catering is an important and serious service and we do it with care and responsibility as it comes to health.
Our restaurant Team cannot ignore the needs of celiac Guests by offering them a gluten-free menu. In the kitchen, the precautions to be taken are a lot, but by following the correct indications provided by the AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) protocol, we can provide an attentive service and make the Guests feel at home.

Our Executive Chef and Staff have dedicated themselves to research by participating in AIC training and updating courses, following their protocol and product handbook, to always propose new and adequate “gluten-free” menus, guaranteeing meticulous care in food preparation, combined with taste in complete safety. All desserts, bread and gluten-free first courses are homemade. On request, we prepare a packed lunch with our gluten-free bread.

At Hotel Alle Alpi Beauty e Relax, the “five o’clock” tea will be a pleasant ritual that will confirm the attentive and qualified hospitality and the atmosphere marked by comfort and relaxation that Maurizio and Patrizia reserve for their Guests. In a corner of the Hotel’s Bar there is a large samovar and the varieties of teas chosen from our Tea house prepared in rotation every afternoon, to appreciate their scents and aromas, in combination with cakes, biscuits and irresistible small freshly baked donuts.

Menu ‘à la carte’ for them

 

Great attention in the kitchen is paid to the food of our little Guests.

We offer a menu just for them with personalized proposals ‘à la carte’. Simple and tasty dishes like their age, but with delicate flavors, to encourage their desire to eat, but at the same time healthy and balanced. Our Restaurant pays particular attention to food intolerances, for example lactose intolerance and celiac disease.
